Ingrid Marker

Ingrid Marker is currently the Head of Emerging Talents at Equinor, where they lead the team responsible for early career programs, including graduate, summer internship, and apprentice initiatives globally. Previously, they held various roles at Equinor, including Graduate PL and Consultant PO for Emerging Talents. Ingrid's earlier experiences include positions at Blender AS, VITA AS, and Travel Retail Norway AS, where they focused on sales and customer service. They earned a Master's degree in Strategic Marketing and Management from Handelshøyskolen BI and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Essex.
