John Storer

John Storer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and communications. Currently serving as Principal Consultant - Employer Brand at Equinor since November 2019, John operationalizes DEI strategies within recruitment processes and leads the employer brand for emerging talent, overseeing the recruitment of over 350 interns and graduates annually.
