Lars Morken

Lars Morken is a seasoned marine operations professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management across various companies in the offshore and marine industry. Currently serving as Lead Engineer Marine Operations at Equinor since May 2012, Lars also holds the position of Principal Engineer Marine Operations at Statoil concurrently. Prior roles include significant positions at AMC/EMAS AMC, Aker Marine Contractors US Inc., Skanska, Kvaerner Installation AS, Norwegian Contractors AS, and AB Jacobson Och Widmark, where responsibilities encompassed marine operations, project engineering, and operational management. Lars earned a Master's degree in Construction and Marine subjects from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in 1989.
