Lindsey Gannaway

Lindsey Gannaway is an accomplished business development leader with a diverse background in the energy sector, currently serving Equinor since June 2013 in various high-impact roles, including Business Development Lead and Chief of Staff to EVP Exploration and Production International. Gannaway's key contributions involve establishing a Post-Investment Review Process that directly influences future field development and economic decisions, alongside providing financial analysis support for multiple regions. Previously, Gannaway worked at ExxonMobil from July 2007 to May 2013, taking on significant responsibilities such as leading internal audits and managing large-scale helium sales contracts. Gannaway began career experience with a summer internship at Pfizer in Facilities Engineering after graduating from Stanford University with a BS in Biomechanical Engineering in 2007.
