Luke Adams

Luke Adams is an experienced Safety Sustainability and Security Manager at Equinor, with a career spanning over 15 years in health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) management within the oil and gas sector. Previously, Luke served as the Operations and Projects HSE Lead at Perenco, overseeing HSE for over 40 offshore installations and managing various roles, including Investigation Manager and Operational Integrity Assurance. Prior experience includes positions at Enviroco Limited and Abbey Environmental, focusing on waste management and environmental compliance. Luke holds an MSc in Environmental Diagnostics from Cranfield University, a NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, and a BSc (Hons) in Biological Sciences from the University of East Anglia.
