Magnus Eriksen

Magnus Eriksen is an experienced professional in impact assessment and biodiversity management, currently serving as the Leading Advisor at Equinor since August 2006, following a role as Principal Engineer focused on Environmental Impact Assessments. Previously, Magnus held the position of Offshore EIA Manager at Forewind from 2010 to May 2012, managing the offshore component of the Environmental Impact Assessment for the Dogger Bank wind development. Earlier experience includes serving as an Environmental Advisor at Sweco from 2002 to 2006, where responsibilities included conducting EIAs for various projects such as onshore wind farms and infrastructure developments. Magnus holds a Master's degree in Nature Conservation and Management from the Agricultural University of Norway and has academic experiences at the University of KwaZulu-Natal and the University of Oslo.
