Marius Oksholen

Marius Oksholen is an experienced professional in the field of offshore wind and structural engineering, currently serving as a Senior Product Manager for Digital O&M Offshore Wind at Equinor since August 2017. In this role, Marius manages multiple interdisciplinary product teams focused on optimizing and automating operations and maintenance processes. Marius has also acted as VP for Digital O&M, overseeing key project deliveries, and previously held positions such as Product Manager and Senior Structural Engineer, contributing to research on offshore wind structures and operations. Marius's background includes various roles during graduate studies, internships in marine technology, and service in the Norwegian Armed Forces, complemented by a Master of Science degree in Marine Technology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
