Martin Einarson Waag

Martin Einarson Waag is a highly experienced professional in process engineering with a focus on water treatment and separation technologies. Currently serving as Principal Engineer for Process Technology at Equinor since April 2022, Martin previously held the role of Senior Process Engineer at Stauper Offshore AS and at OiW Process AS, where innovation in wastewater treatment and chemical systems was emphasized. Earlier career achievements include a tenure as Department Manager and Senior Process Engineer at KANFA Mator, leading projects in gas/oil/water separation for the oilfield industry, and as a Process Engineer at Aibel. Martin Einarson Waag holds a Master’s degree in Process Technology from Telemark University College.
