Mike Serink

Mike Serink is an experienced leader in the energy sector, currently serving as Vice President of Technical Management for Exploration and Production Norway at Equinor since January 2018. In this role, Mike oversees subsurface and strategic development for operations in the Norwegian and Barents Seas. Prior to this position, Mike held multiple vice president roles at Statoil, including Vice President of Area Development and Vice President of Refinery Optimization and Planning, where responsibilities included managing refinery portfolios. Mike's career began at Imperial Oil, and the educational foundation is a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alberta, obtained between 1995 and 2000.
