Nina Schiefloe

Nina Schiefloe is an accomplished leader in human resources with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, currently serving as Head of People and Organisation for Equinor UK since April 2017. Previous roles at Equinor include managerial positions overseeing people and leadership for Global Unconventionals and the UK and Ireland, focusing on organizational development and supply chain excellence. Prior to joining Equinor, Nina held various HR leadership roles at Statoil, including managing HR for the Marketing and Trading division and overseeing regional HR functions in the Middle East and North Africa. Additional experience includes senior HR advisory roles at ConocoPhillips and HR management positions at Stolt Offshore Norway, Dovre International, ABB Flexible Automation, and in the Royal Norwegian Army.
