Pedro H. possesses extensive expertise in policy and regulatory affairs within the energy sector, currently serving as a Policy and Regulatory Affairs Advisor at Equinor since May 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Policy Officer at the Ministerie van Buitenlandse Zaken, focusing on commercial, economic, regulatory, and governmental affairs related to the energy and maritime sectors. Pedro H. has also worked as an Advisor for NHO, concentrating on EU Affairs, and held positions in corporate communications and research at Weber Shandwick and the Federation of European Film Directors. Education includes a Master’s Degree in International Political Economy from the University of Kent and a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies from Universitetet i Oslo.
