Philip van Heesch

Philip van Heesch is a Senior Insurance Analyst at Equinor since May 2023, following a successful tenure at Allianz from October 2018 to May 2023, where Philip held several key roles, including Program Manager Sustainability P&C and Program Manager P&C Academy. In these positions, Philip focused on integrating sustainability into property and casualty insurance and advancing technical excellence within the Allianz Group. Previous experience includes serving as a Troop Leader for the Norwegian Armed Forces, overseeing a large group of recruits, and working as a Research Assistant at the University of Bergen, where Philip collaborated with Equinor on offshore safety research. Philip's educational background includes a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Bergen and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from Hochschule für angewandtes Management, complemented by military training at the Royal Norwegian Officer Candidate School.
