Sissel Nepstad

Sissel Nepstad has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as the Manager of Asset Development & Climate at Equinor since September 2017, and previously holding positions such as Leader of Refinery Planning Optimization and Strategic Engineer. Having started at Statoil in June 1998, Sissel has progressed through various roles including Strategic Engineer Operations and HSE Manager for Turnarounds at Mongstad. Additionally, Sissel worked at TCM DA from January 2010 to October 2012 as a Senior Advisor and Deputy Technology Manager, among other senior engineering and management positions. Sissel holds a degree from Høyskolen i Bergen, earned between 1995 and 1998.
