Thiago Azevedo

Thiago Azevedo is an experienced operations supervisor with a strong background in oil and gas. Currently serving at Equinor since October 2019, Thiago is involved in the OIM Development Program and the SUOL - Step Up Operational Leadership program, previously holding the position of Production Supervisor for the Peregrino Phase II commissioning and startup preparation. Prior experience includes roles at Wood, where Thiago acted as Senior Operations Advisor and Production and Maintenance Supervisor, overseeing various operational and maintenance tasks. Earlier positions at MODEC International LLC involved managing production departments and coordinating safety and emergency responses, while earlier roles at Prosafe Production, Single Buoy Moorings, and Clariant provided foundational experience in offshore operations, production technology, and chemical processes. Thiago holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Strategic People Management and qualifications in Chemistry and Safety.
