Tony Zimaro

Tony Zimaro is an experienced professional in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the Vice President of Operations for Equinor in the UK since August 2013, where responsibilities include ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant offshore operations. Previous roles at Equinor encompass Operations Manager for the United States, overseeing production and asset management, and several positions related to drilling and well operations for both unconventional and offshore projects in North America. Prior to joining Equinor, Tony Zimaro worked at TOTAL E&P NORGE AS as a Team Leader for offshore exploration drilling and as a Drilling Superintendent. Additional experience includes supervisory roles at Fire Creek Resources Ltd and Southridge Consulting Ltd, along with engineering work at Smith International. Tony Zimaro holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Alberta and attended IFP - Institut français de presse in 2009.
