Tord Egil Simonsen

Tord Egil Simonsen has extensive experience in the engineering and maintenance sectors, particularly within the oil and gas industry. Since July 2008, Tord Egil Simonsen has been employed at Equinor as an Ingeniør mekanisk and Operator Ops Process, focusing on communication and coordination for loading operations while adhering to safety guidelines. Prior experience includes working as a Ventiltekniker at Solberg & Andersen, contributing to the commissioning of Hammerfest LNG, and as an Industrimekaniker at both Boreal Offshore and Maritim Installasjon AS, where Tord Egil Simonsen focused on various mechanical modifications and upgrades. Educational background includes training at Tromsø Maritime Skole and further studies at Heimevernets utdanningssenter Værnes and Gibostad Videregående Skole.
