Chtp Zulfikar Ismile

Zulfikar Ismile, CHTP has extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology, primarily in the hospitality industry. Zulfikar is currently the Director of Information Technology at Equinox Hotels since August 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Area I.T Manager at Hyatt Hotels Corporation from December 2021 to August 2022.

From September 2014 to December 2021, Zulfikar held the position of Director of Information Technology at New York's Hotel Pennsylvania. Zulfikar also served as the Assistant Director of Information Technology from July 2013 to October 2014 and as the Information Technology Manager from September 2012 to July 2013.

Before joining New York's Hotel Pennsylvania, Zulfikar worked at New Yorker Hotel as a Systems Administrator from September 2003 to October 2012. In this role, they managed various servers, including Windows domain controllers, Exchange, PMS (Opera) servers, IIS Web Server, file/applications server, print servers, and surveillance DVRs. Zulfikar was also responsible for the migration to a MS Windows domain from a Novell environment and the implementation of MS Exchange 2007.

Zulfikar Ismile, CHTP completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer & Management at City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College. During this time, they focused on subjects such as Computer Programming and Database Design/Management. Later on, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Information Technology–Cybersecurity at Florida Institute of Technology, from 2013 to 2014. Furthermore, Zulfikar Ismile also obtained the certification of Certified Hospitality Technology Professional (CHTP) from Hospitality Financial & Technology Professionals in November 2012.
