Ashna Shaikh is a seasoned compliance officer currently employed at Equinox Labs since July 2023. Prior to this role, Ashna worked as a research and development executive at ovenfresh.in from February 2022 to July 2023, and served as a production and quality assurance executive at Gaur Foods Pvt. Ltd (Tosita Bakery) from October 2020 to August 2021, following an internship in the same field. Ashna's initial experience in food quality assurance was gained at Galaxy Cloud Kitchens Limited in May 2019. Ashna holds a Master's degree in Food Processing and Preservation from the College of Home Science Nirmala Niketan and a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology from Guru Nanak Khalsa College of Arts, Science & Commerce.
