Ashwin Bhadri

Ashwin Bhadri has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ashwin started their career in 2002 as a Team Leader at Startech, where they successfully led a team of web designers, implemented SEO strategies to improve website visibility, and initiated a Customer Referral Program. In 2004, they joined Aquatech Industries as a Manager - Customer Support, where they set up the Customer Support Team, resolved customer queries, and implemented cross-selling mechanisms. In 2005, Ashwin became the CEO of Equinox Labs, a leading Food, Water & Air Testing Lab & Auditing Company in India. In this role, they worked closely with FSSAI, trained over 60,000 people on FSSAI Compliance, and helped elite brands develop Food Safety Programs. In 2013, Ashwin co-founded Equinox Agents, assisting SAAS companies with support chat and tickets to improve customer satisfaction and reduce churn. In 2022, they became a Business Mentor at Huddle, where they mentored startups, helped them understand opportunities to scale, and guided them on governance and collaboration with corporates and governments. Most recently, in 2023, Ashwin joined Food Future Foundation as a Faculty Mentor for The India Food Systems Fellowship program, aiming to develop future food system change-makers and achieve SDGs 2030.

Ashwin Bhadri has a diverse education history. In 1998, they completed their schooling at Bombay Scottish School. Ashwin then went on to attend Ruparel College from 1999 to 2000, although the details of their degree and field of study are unknown.
