Poonam Mehra is an accomplished human resources professional with over a decade of experience in the field. Currently serving as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources at Equinox Labs since June 2022, Poonam previously held the position of Senior Executive in Compliance & Culture. Prior to this, Poonam worked at CMS Info Systems from September 2010 to June 2020, where responsibilities included recruitment, employee grievances, payroll management, and manpower data analysis across four branches in Mumbai. Poonam holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mumbai University and a Diploma in HR from Welingkar Institute.
