Jim Smith

Jim Smith is an accomplished IT executive with extensive experience spanning multiple organizations. Currently serving as the IT Executive at Equinox Payments since July 2013, Jim oversees IT Operations, Information Systems Security, business continuity, and PCI regulations, while also managing revenue-generating ASP services. Previously, Jim held positions such as Principal IT Engineer at Equinox, Principal Network Engineer at Grand Canyon University, IT Manager at the University of Phoenix, and Sr. Network Engineer at Apollo Group Inc. Jim's early career began at Boeing Commercial Airplanes as a Quality Engineer in IT. Jim holds an AA in Computer Science from Shoreline Community College, completed between 1995 and 1997.
