Scott McGuinness

Scott McGuinness is a seasoned customer support and service professional with extensive experience in the financial and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Customer Support Specialist at Equinox Payments since August 2022, Scott has previously held roles as a Customer Service Representative at Cenlar FSB and an Account Manager for the Rentals Department at move.inc. Additional experience includes positions as Team Lead at Allegiance Merchant Services, Customer Support at Apriva, and roles in customer service and technical support at Element Payment Services and TSYS. Scott began a career in supervision with the EDS Group, overseeing operations for the GM Roadside Project.
