Jacqueline Sherwood

Jacqueline Sherwood is a highly experienced fitness professional with a strong background in Pilates and group fitness instruction. Since July 2008, Jacqueline has served as a Senior Pilates Teacher and Group Fitness Instructor at Equinox, teaching a variety of classes including Classical Pilates and Equinox signature programs. In addition to this role, since October 2007, Jacqueline has worked as an ACE-Certified Personal Trainer and Orthopedic Exercise Specialist, providing tailored home training on the North Shore of Long Island. Prior to these positions, Jacqueline was a ballet dancer with The Joffrey Ballet from August 2000 to February 2007. Jacqueline holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications, graduating summa cum laude from the Fashion Institute of Technology and has trained at the Kirov Academy of Ballet, School of American Ballet, and Manhasset High School.
