Jamal Odom has extensive experience in membership administration and customer service, currently serving as Associate Manager of Member Administration for Equinox since July 2010, where responsibilities include auditing membership profiles and providing administrative support. Jamal founded The Dark Magician, LLC as a social media venture focusing on YouTube content creation and channel art. Previous roles include National Sales Administrator at The Sports Club/LA, where lead generation and corporate program presentations were key duties, as well as Service Desk Supervisor at Club One, delivering exceptional customer service. Earlier career highlights include Assistant Operations Manager and Operations Manager positions at 24 Hour Fitness, focusing on daily operations and staff training. Education was completed at Berkeley High School.
