About the Role: The Clinical Instructor (Therapy) is an experienced mental health clinician responsible for the development and delivery of clinical training for Equip’s provider teams. The Clinical Instructor (Therapy) will have a specific focus on training around the treatment of avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder and utilization of CBT-AR. This role is a highly collaborative role and as part of Equip’s provider training program will work closely with Clinical Training & Supervision team leadership, other Clinical Instructors, Training Operations, Instructional Designers, and Care Delivery leaders. The role’s responsibilities will include designing highly effective live and e-learning training courses and resources, providing live video review and feedback sessions, short term supervision, training evaluation for Equip’s team of multidisciplinary providers.
The Clinical Instructor (Therapy) is engaging interpersonally, has excellent public speaking skills, works well in teams, is experienced in a variety of training modalities (e.g., didactic, role play, tape review, supervision), and motivated by the ultimate goal of training providers to deliver high quality evidence-based treatments for eating disorders so that everyone can achieve lasting recovery.
For this position, the Clinical Instructor (Therapy) must demonstrate proficiency in the treatment of avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder.
