Erin Parks

Dr. Erin Parks is a clinical and operational leader in the field of mental healthcare. Erin is currently the Chief Clinical Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Co-Founder at Equip, a leading provider of mental health services.

Dr. Parks has extensive experience in both academic and clinical settings. Erin was previously a researcher and lecturer at San Diego State University, and a research associate at the National Institutes of Health. Erin also completed internships and residencies in psychology at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where they worked with patients suffering from eating disorders, neuropsychological conditions, and other mental health issues.

Dr. Parks is a highly skilled clinician and administrator, with a proven track record of success in improving patient outcomes and increasing operational efficiency. Erin is passionate about making mental healthcare more accessible and effective, and is dedicated to their work at Equip.

Erin Parks earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Neuropsychology from UC San Diego, and their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Communication Sciences from Northwestern University.
