Kimberly Ang

Kimberly Ang currently serves as the Director of Product at EquipmentShare, beginning in January 2024, and has been an Advisor at KAYA Climb since May 2019, where Kimberly also co-founded the company and held positions as CEO and Board Chair. Kimberly led KAYA through a successful funding round with notable sports venture capitalists and established the brand as a leader in the climbing community. Additionally, Kimberly has provided consulting services on product and go-to-market strategy through KJA Strategy. Previous experience includes roles at IDEO as Senior Business Development Lead, where Kimberly focused on health design partnerships, and positions at United States Common Sense, where Kimberly directed strategic initiatives and developed a comprehensive municipal finance database. Kimberly's early career featured research roles, including at Resource Development Associates and as a Project Associate for the Human Capital and Economic Opportunity Working Group. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Sciences with a focus on Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in History from UC San Diego.
