Ashwin Herle

Ashwin Herle, CFA has a diverse work experience in the fields of finance and consulting. Ashwin started their career as a Marketing Manager at Headstrong New York in 2004. Ashwin then moved on to become an Account Manager, overseeing client relationships. In 2008, Ashwin joined Equirus Capital Private Limited as a Senior Associate and worked their way up to Associate Vice President and then Vice President. At Equirus Capital, they led transaction execution teams, successfully closing multiple M&A and private equity fund-raising deals across various sectors, such as payments systems, technology services, and consumer space.

Ashwin Herle, CFA holds a PGDM in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, which they completed in 2004. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, graduating in 2002.
