Prachi Mishra

Prachi Mishra has had a diverse and extensive career in human resources. Prachi is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Equirus Group since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Human Capital (India) at Apollo Global Management Inc. from June 2019 to June 2020. Prachi also held the position of GM HR (HR Business Partner) at GoAir from August 2018 to January 2019. Prachi has a strong background in HR, having served as the VP Human Resources at Royal Bank of Scotland Business from August 2009 to August 2018. Prachi also worked as an HR Business Partner at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from November 2007 to August 2009. Additionally, they held managerial roles in human resources at Quintiles India from September 2006 to October 2007, at GE Capital International Services from March 2005 to April 2006, and at Saffron Global Limited from 2002 to 2005.

Prachi Mishra pursued their education starting from their high school years at Naval Public School, where they completed their AISSCE with a focus on Science in 1995. Prachi then went on to further their studies at Delhi University, obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) between 1995 and 1998. Prachi continued their academic journey by enrolling in Savitribai Phule Pune University, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Human Resources Management and Services from 1998 to 2000.
