Jack Steiner

Jack Steiner is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Equis Australia since January 2023. Previously, Jack held multiple roles at AGL between April 2020 and January 2024, including Senior Corporate Lawyer for Integrated Energy Markets and Technology and Corporate Procurement. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel at nbn™ Australia from June 2018 to April 2020, as well as various roles at Clayton Utz from January 2016 to April 2020, culminating in the position of Senior Associate. Jack began the legal career at Simpson Grierson from February 2014 to December 2015 as a Solicitor and Law Graduate, and gained early experience as a Law Tutor at Victoria University of Wellington and a Law Clerk at Langley Twigg Law. Jack holds a Bachelor’s Degree with Honours in Law from Victoria University of Wellington, earned between 2008 and 2013, and completed education at Napier Boys High School from 2003 to 2008.
