Daniel L. McRae, Jr. CEP is an accomplished financial services professional with extensive experience in leadership and management roles. Currently serving as National Manager at Equis Financial/DLM Financial since September 2016, Daniel oversees the acquisition of District and Regional managers across all 50 states. Additionally, Daniel has been a District Manager at Equis Financial since September 2018, focusing on the hiring and development of distribution channels for major insurance carriers. As CEO of DLM & Sons Consulting, Inc. since September 2009, Daniel educates clients on financial protection and wealth management. Daniel also holds the position of CEO at Integrity Advisors and Associates, LLC since June 1999, emphasizing asset protection and legacy planning for families. Daniel's early career included working as an agent at SF&C Insurance Co from 2009 to 2010. Daniel earned a degree from the University of North Carolina from 1988 to 1993.
