Currently serving as Executive Producer at Equis Research since October 2021, Flavia previously held the position of Senior Producer for "Pod Save America" at Crooked Media and contributed significantly to Nickelodeon, where roles included Executive Producer for "Group Chat" and Senior Producer for notable projects such as "Tooned In" and "Nick News: Kids Pick the President."
