Luca Ansaloni is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, innovation, and financial planning. Since July 2018, Luca has been part of Equita as a coordinating force in the Project Office for IT & Innovation, focusing on key cross-divisional projects, managing innovation streams, and overseeing change management initiatives. Prior experience at UniCredit from May 2014 to June 2018 included roles in Financial Planning & Strategic ALM, where responsibilities involved defining the Group Financial Plan and ensuring compliance with Basel III/EBA regulatory metrics. Luca also served as an IT Project Manager Specialist, enhancing the monitoring of ICT best practices. Early career experiences include internships at IBM and EPTA, alongside academic foundations with a Master’s degree from Università Bocconi and a Bachelor's degree from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
