Marcello Daverio

Marcello Daverio is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in capital markets and corporate finance. Currently serving as the Head of Capital Markets and Managing Director at EQUITA SIM since January 2008, Marcello has played a pivotal role in the management buy-out of Euromobiliare in 2007. Prior to this, Marcello held the position of Director in the Equity Capital Markets at Euromobiliare SIM from September 2001 to December 2007, where responsibilities included business origination, transaction structuring, and managing analysts. Earlier career experiences include an Associate role in Corporate Finance at CABOTO SIM, focused on IPOs and M&A deals, and a Senior position in the Audit Department at PwC, providing audit and financial advisory services for multinational corporations. Marcello holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Università Bocconi and has a strong foundational education from Collegio Mellerio Rosmini.
