Simone Mazzola is an experienced investment banking professional currently serving as an Investment Banking Associate at Equita since September 2021, following a role as an Investment Banking Analyst. Prior to Equita, Simone worked at PwC Italy as a Senior Associate in Deals Strategy from October 2019 to August 2021, focusing on commercial due diligence and financial analysis for acquisition projects. Simone also served as a Private Equity Analyst at Search Fund Accelerator from November 2018 to September 2019, where responsibilities included developing financial models and interfacing with M&A advisors. Earlier experience includes a position as a Financial Services Auditor at KPMG Italy, conducting audits for financial institutions and investment funds. Simone holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and a Master of Science in Finance from Hult International Business School.
