Kaity Dulava

Kaity Dulava, CHRL, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Equitable, where responsibilities include leading a high-growth team encompassing Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Payroll, People Analytics, and Dayforce Systems, while celebrating multi-year HR digital modernization and data enablement projects. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources and Manager of Recruitment at Equitable, and Payroll Specialist at Conestoga College, as well as a Part-time Faculty position teaching Human Resource Management. Prior experience includes working as a Talent Scout/HR Generalist at Sortable, leading HR process implementations and building relationships with various professionals, and serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Flanagan Foodservice Inc., where Kaity managed full-cycle recruitment and HR metrics implementations, among other responsibilities. Kaity Dulava holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Waterloo and has also completed education at Conestoga College.
