Siddharth Datta possesses extensive experience in data strategy and governance, currently serving as the VP, Head of Data Strategy - Insights and Impact at Equitable. Previously, Siddharth held multiple leadership roles at Manulife, including VP, Global Head of Data Management and Governance, as well as AVP positions focusing on Data Management and Governance. At TD, Siddharth contributed as Sr. Manager, Head of Enterprise Data Governance within the Office of the Chief Data Officer. Siddharth's career also includes a managerial role in Technology Strategy at Deloitte and a strategic position at BMO Financial Group. Academically, Siddharth holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Ivey Business School at Western University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Software Engineering from Western University.
