Chris McLoughlin serves as the Director of Enterprise Architecture at Equitable since July 2019, leading the migration of on-premises workloads to Azure and developing cloud-native architectures that enhance scalability and security. Prior to this, Chris was the US Digital Booster Department Head at AXA from September 2016 to July 2019, where responsibilities included managing the Digital Booster team, guiding cloud adoption, and implementing DevOps practices. Chris has extensive experience at AXA Tech from 1998 to 2016 in various roles, such as Director of Solution Design and Architecture, focusing on North American datacenters and cloud strategies, as well as leading virtualization initiatives. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from St. John's University and additional certifications in Data Analytics and altMBA.
