Dominique Canale

Dominique Canale serves as Chief of Staff for Group Retirement at Equitable since February 2020, with previous roles in the Innovation and Design Office, including Lead Manager and Senior Manager. Current responsibilities involve supporting the implementation of New Ways of Working initiatives such as Enterprise Agile and Design Thinking. Prior to this, from November 2014 to February 2020, Dominique worked at AXA US, holding positions ranging from Project Manager to Senior Associate in Operational Accounting, focusing on various accounting support functions. Dominique holds an MBA in Public Accounting from the State University of New York at Oswego, a BA in Mathematics with a concentration in Actuarial Science from Le Moyne College, and studied Business Administration at Arcadia University.
