Marinela Esteves

Marinela Esteves is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance management, auditing, and financial analysis. Currently serving as the Performance & Development Program Manager and Lead Manager - HR Chief of Staff at Equitable since January 2017, Marinela focuses on driving positive organizational change and enhancing culture and engagement through collaboration with HR teams. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager - Auditor at AXA US, where Marinela led risk-based audit activities, and positions as IT Staff Auditor and Intern Auditor at IPG, and IBM, where skills in financial analysis and governance were honed.
