Melody Li

Melody Li currently serves as the Lead Associate in Strategic Innovations at Equitable, a position held since September 2023, after previously working as an Analyst in the same department. Prior experience includes roles as a Management Consultant at Healthpoint Medicine, a Commercial Strategy and Training Intern at AstraZeneca, and a Business Research and Insights Analyst at Mercer. Additionally, Melody held positions as a Client Engagement Associate at RGF Professional Recruitment and a Summer Human Resources Intern at Emerson. Earlier involvement also includes an internship with The Coca-Cola Company and roles as a Summer Intern and Lifeguard/Swim Instructor at the Jewish Community Center. Melody completed a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business in 2023, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Human Resources from the University of Toronto.
