Rebecca Sayles

Rebecca Sayles is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel for Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions at Equitable since January 2022. Prior to this role, Rebecca spent nearly nine years at Debevoise & Plimpton, beginning as a Summer Associate in 2012, advancing to Associate, and contributing to various legal matters until January 2022. In 2012, Rebecca gained judicial experience as a Judicial Intern under Honorable Richard J. Sullivan in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Rebecca's legal journey also includes internships at the Elder Law Clinic at St. John's University School of Law and the Port Authority of NY & NJ. Rebecca holds a Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Stony Brook University.
