Sarath Seelam

Sarath Seelam is a highly experienced software engineer currently serving as Software Engineer III at Equitable since January 2022. With a robust background in middleware architecture and integration, Sarath previously worked at System Soft Technologies, contributing to the Virtual Gateway, which supports over 40 applications for more than a million users. Prior roles include Senior Specialist at Deloitte, where Sarath contributed to the SmartClaims Project and provided MuleSoft support for major clients such as Aflac Insurance and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Sarath has also served as a Senior API Integration Consultant for the Massachusetts Executive Office of Health and Human Services, focusing on secure clinical data exchange, and held positions at NTT DATA Services, Executive Office of Technology Services and Security, and as a Web Developer at the University of Houston-Clear Lake. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from California State University, Long Beach.
