Virlany Grullon

Viralany Grullon, DSL, serves as the Director of Field Relationship and Training at Equitable since April 2019, where responsibilities include developing communication strategies for Equitable Advisors and internal departments at executive and associate levels. Previous roles at AXA US from September 2011 to April 2019 included Senior Implementation Manager, where Grullon facilitated meetings and developed relationships across business areas, and Senior Business Analyst, delivering complex analysis for Annuity products. Grullon has a strong educational background with a Doctor of Business in Strategic Leadership from Liberty University, a Master's in Public Administration from Rutgers University - Newark, and a Bachelor's in Recreation, Parks, & Tourism Management from the University of Florida. Additional experience includes participation in student government and various internships, including working for U.S. Senator Bill Nelson.
