Lerhonda Lofton

LeRhonda P. Lofton is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and program management. Currently serving as the Network Operations Manager at Equitas Academy Charter Schools since March 2020 and as the Program Director at Camp Connect since May 2022, LeRhonda has demonstrated strong leadership skills. Previous roles include Office Manager at Kern-Tulare Water District from June 2015 to December 2019, and Conference and Regional Event Coordinator and Executive Assistant at Renaissance International from June 2010 to June 2015. Additionally, LeRhonda held the position of Director of Student Programming at The Bay Area Urban Network Inc from February 2008 to May 2010. LeRhonda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts/Theology from SUM Bible College & Theological Seminary, attained between 2007 and 2010.
