Dominique started their career as a Pharmacy Technician at CVS Health in 2011 and worked there until 2019. During this time, they gained expertise in managing the pharmacy team and providing patient advocacy.

In 2019, Dominique joined the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as a Virtual Student Federal Services - VA DME Intern- Photo Research Team, where they contributed to photo research projects until 2020.

In 2020, Dominique took on the role of a Public Health Intern at Equitas Health. Here, they developed and presented health education and promotion programs, collaborated with health specialists and civic groups to determine community health needs, and prepared health education materials.

Dominique then transitioned to the position of Executive Assistant to the Chief Healthcare Operations Officer at Equitas Health, where they worked from 2020 to 2022. Dominique provided executive-level support and contributed to the organization's overall healthcare operations.
