Matthew Ellwood

Matthew Ellwood has extensive experience in program management and prevention initiatives, currently serving as the Programs Subject Matter Expert Manager and Associate Director of Prevention Programs at Equitas Health since July 2017. Matthew leads staff across multiple regional sites to enhance community outreach, sexual health testing, and treatment. Previous roles include Senior Prevention Programs Manager and Prevention Education Manager, focusing on sexual health risk reduction and educational training. Prior to Equitas Health, Matthew held several positions in customer service and management at companies such as Verizon Wireless, Starbucks, and Walt Disney World. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Arizona State University and a phlebotomy technician certification from Larock Healthcare Academy.
