Ankur Arora

Ankur Arora has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ankur began their career as a Senior Audit Manager at Harinder Ahuja & Associates from August 2002 to April 2006. Ankur then moved on to ICICI Bank, where they served as a Senior Officer - Credit from April 2006 to December 2007. At ICICI Bank, they demonstrated strong skills in credit management, business development, relationship management, team management, and cross-selling. Following their tenure at ICICI Bank, Ankur joined Reliance Capital | Reliance Group as a Credit Manager from January 2008 to June 2008. Ankur then joined IDFC FIRST Bank and served as a Manager Credit from June 2008 to January 2017, where they specialized in secured and unsecured retail products, receiving recognition as a "Star Performer" and "Ace Employee." Their most recent role is as Deputy Vice President/Regional Credit Head at Equitas Small Finance Bank, starting from January 2017 to the present.

Ankur Arora completed their Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B Com) from Government College for Boys, Ludhiana, from the year 1999 to 2002. Then, they pursued an Accounts Technician degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, which they completed in 2004. Later, they attended Mahatma Gandhi Kanshi Vidyapeeth and obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance in 2007. In terms of additional certifications, Ankur completed a course on Information Security Awareness from CrossKnowledge in January 2017. Ankur also completed a course on the Prevention of Sexual Harassment @ Your Workplace from CrossKnowledge in June 2016, and a KYC Module course from CrossKnowledge in January 2016.
