Binish Balan has worked as an Assistant Vice President II at Equitas Small Finance Bank since May 2021. Binish Balan completed their secondary education at Kerala State Public Examination Board in the year 1998. In 2001, they attended Calicut University and obtained a Pre-Degree (+2) qualification in the field of Business/Commerce, General. They continued their education at Calicut University and completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree from 2001 to 2004.
