Pankaj Srivastava

Pankaj Srivastava is an experienced banking professional with over a decade of service at Equitas Small Finance Bank, currently holding the position of Senior Vice President and Zonal Head for North India, focusing on Agriculture, Micro Enterprise, and Inclusive Banking since September 2010. Prior to this, Pankaj held leadership roles at GMAC Financial Services as RCC and Administrative Head for North India, and at Kotak Mahindra Primus Limited as Senior Manager for the Agra Region. Pankaj holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing Operations from L.N Mishra College of Business Management, completed between 1991 and 1993.
